
WHY WE DANCE
Why does anyone dance? FOR FUN! Plus you can't beat the amazing workout that comes with it! We currently offer a variety of classes including, Heels Tech, Chair Choreo, Burlesque, Contemporary, Ballet, Stiletto Heels, Flexy & Sexy, Pole, Belly Dancing & more! With most classes burning around 400-600 Calories (the same as 1 hour of running on the treadmill/ elliptical at the gym), it's safe to say a Stilettos & Striptease class will kick your booty into gear! The S&S classes combine both a full body workout as well as great way to express your thoughts & emotions, through dance! We're a community of individuals, of all shapes, ages, ethnicities & cultures, all striving to better ourselves & help each other along the way. The moment you commit & actually give yourself a chance to "let go", is the moment your own personal growth (or even healing) beings!
