This month we will be holding our OUTDOOR FIT & FLEXY Class at Turtle Rock Park in Irvine!
This location is stunning, serene, and surrounded by invigorating wilderness. Truly a sight to see!
There is convenient parking on site, please plan to arrive around 9 am to get settled in and ready to begin class at 9:30!
This class series is focused on building and strengthening the brain body connection, getting in touch with nature, expanding our range of motion, and centering our alignment!
