This month we will be holding our OUTDOOR FIT & FLEXY Class at Creekside Park in Aliso Viejo!
This location is stunning, lakeside, and surrounded by invigorating wilderness. Truly a sight to see!
There is convenient parking on site, please plan to arrive around 915 am to get settled in and ready to begin class at 9:30!
There is also a dog park adjacent too!
