This month we will be holding our OUTDOOR FIT & FLEXY Class at a beautiful park near the studio!
This location is stunning and surrounded by invigorating wilderness. Truly a sight to see!
There is convenient parking on site, please plan to arrive at 7:00 to get settled in and ready to begin class at 7:15 sharp.
This class series is focused on building and strengthening the brain body connection, getting in touch with nature, expanding our range of motion, and centering our alignment!
