This month we will be holding our OUTDOOR FIT & FLEXY Class at Laguna Niguel Regional Park!
This location is stunning, lakeside, and surrounded by invigorating wilderness. Truly a sight to see!
If anyone is interest in adding a walking/hiking portion, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.
There is convenient parking on site, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get settled in and ready to begin class at 9 am!
