Get outside & give yourself the gift of a healthy brain body connection!
 This month we will be holding our OUTDOOR FIT & FLEXY Class at Serrano Creek Park in Lake Forest! Â
There is convenient parking on site, please plan to arrive around 9 am to get settled in and ready to begin class at 9:30!Â
This class series is focused on building and strengthening the brain body connection, getting in touch with nature, expanding our range of motion, and centering our alignment! Â
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket, water bottle, and a notepad with you to class!Â
